The Trade Show Coordinator should instruct all company representatives to ask visitors to fill out a Visitor Evaluation Template and return it at their convenience. The TSC should collect the forms and ensure prompt follow-up on all contacts and leads on returning to the office. MT1030-8 VISITOR EVALUATION asks opinions on the staff’s attitude, appearance, knowledge, attentiveness, and more.
Upon returning from the show, the TSC should submit completed Visitor Evaluation forms to the Sales/Marketing Manager within five (5) days of the end of the event, to help the Sales/Marketing Manager evaluate the performance of the show/event against objectives stated in the Trade Show/Event Plan. The Sales/Marketing Manager should review MT1030-8 VISITOR EVALUATION forms and take the results into account when making adjustments to the Plan.
