The President is responsible for the overall direction and administration of all company operations, programs and services.

PRESIDENT ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers, vendors, and regulators.
  • To develop in conjunction with the managers of the company, plans for the growth and development of the company and the expansion or improvement of company facilities.
  • Monitors and develops the annual budget for approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Ensures that company operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develops monitors, approves and implements policies and procedures appropriate to the operations of the company.
  • Serves as the final authority for employee relations and personnel matters; has ultimate authority for all hire/fire decisions, compensation, and disciplinary actions.

PRESIDENT QUALIFICATIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Activities include extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor and/or calculator.
