The Strategy Team should prepare a formal stakeholder analysis report for the President/CEO, using MP1010-3 STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS REPORT as a guide. The Stakeholder Analysis Report Template should include:
- An executive-level summary of the analysis;
- Details of the analysis, including the Stakeholder Analysis Matrix;
- Conclusions of the Strategy Team, based on their analysis; and
- A place for the President/CEO and a member of the Board of Directors to indicate their acceptance/approval of the analysis.
Stakeholder Analysis should include identifying stakeholders, assessing their needs and interests, and determining how their needs and interests may affect project risk and viability. The designated leader/spokesperson of the Strategy Team should present the Stakeholder Analysis Report to the President/CEO and the Board of Directors for review and approval. The Stakeholder Analysis Report Template then serves as input to the company’s vision and mission statements.
