The Strategy Team should list critical attributes – strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats – in column one of MP1050-1 GOALS/OBJECTIVES WORKSHEET. The Strategy Team should set one or more long-term goals related to each attribute in column one of and list those goals in column three of the form.
The Strategy Team should then break each goal into one or more defined, short-term objectives and list them in column four of MP1050-1.
