Complete the Photocopy Request Template if a bank customer would like a copy of a check, deposit, or account statement item. Customers are entitled to ten free copies per year. Any copies above that are $0.25 per item. If the customer would like more than 20 copies, an hourly fee of $20.00 will apply. Customers with a large request order should be referred to an officer or supervisor.

Inform the customer that it could take one business day to process 1-10 copies, two business days to process 10-20, and up to one week for over 20 items. On the “Special Instructions” section of the BNK107-1 PHOTOCOPY REQUEST form, note how the customer would like to receive the copies (i.e. pick up at bank or mail).
