Key Issue Policy Employee Acknowledgement Template
All bank personnel should be issued keys in accordance with BNK109-1 KEY ISSUE POLICY. The Key Issue Policy Employee Acknowledgement Template states that all keys issued by the company become the responsibility of the employee to whom bank keys are assigned and receipted by. Bank keys are not to be loaned or utilized by any other bank employee or non-employee at any time.
During banking hours, keys will remain with the employee or be placed in secured storage. While off duty, bank keys should be in the company’s locked key storage box, or secured at home. Employees not responsible for opening/closing the bank building or who are not on call to report after normal banking hours should turn in their assigned keys daily. When employees are scheduled off for more than three days, bank keys will be stored in the company’s assigned key storage.
