NPO102-1 JOB DESCRIPTION-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR states that the Executive Director is the senior NPO (non-profit organization) staff member, responsible for the daily administration of the organization. This includes the administration/supervision of the administrative office and the programs or services provided to the community. Essential duties are:
- To develop and maintain a positive agency image and positive relations between the agency and key patrons, vendors, and partners.
- To develop in conjunction with the managers of the agency, plans for the growth and development of the agency and the expansion or improvement of agency facilities.
