The company should provide a limited warranty – three (3) year parts and ninety (90) days labor & shipping – on all products manufactured or private labeled by the company, using the Limited Warranty Template as a guide. PM1050-1 LIMITED WARRANTY states that the company warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. If a product malfunctions during the first 90 days after it is delivered to a customer, the company will be responsible for all costs associated with repairing the item, including the cost of replacement parts, shipping charges for return of the item, and the cost of labor to repair the equipment by a company employee or a contracted third-party service technician.
After the first 90 days but within three years of purchase, if a product malfunctions, the company will only be responsible for the cost of replacement parts. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred and the cost of labor to repair the item. The company will also honor other manufacturer’s warranties for their full coverage for products sold by us as a dealer for that product. The company cannot be held responsible for equipment malfunctions or damage that are the result of accidents or misuse by the customer. The company also does not warranty consumable supply-type items (e.g., bulbs, belts, filters) sold with the equipment.
