This should be done by Information Technology Managers or an appointed representative, whose responsibilities should include:
- Developing and maintaining mutual understanding and trust;
- Communicating openly, clearly, and frequently;
- Monitoring and measuring project progress clearly and consistently; and
- Addressing issues promptly.
