The Hiring Manager should complete the Personnel Change Notice Template and route to Human Resources Manager and accounting for payroll set-up. HRG101-3 PERSONNEL CHANGE NOTICE covers employee information, rate/salary, start date, and more. During the first ninety days of employment, the company and the new employee are given an opportunity to evaluate whether the employment relationship should continue.
Before the end of this ninety day period, the employee should be notified of their future employment status by their management. If, during or at the conclusion of the ninety day probationary period, either the company or the employee believes that employment should not continue, separation from employment should follow immediately.
