Prior to a meeting with a bank manager, the CFO should create a meeting agenda on the Banking Relationship Meeting Minutes Template, and forward the agenda to the appropriate bank manager at least one business day prior to the meeting. Typical agenda items should reflect the following:
Comparisons of these items with competitors and alternatives;
Specific and general company needs; and
Company goals and expectations in banking relationships.
The CFO should record noteworthy items, actions, and results from each meeting in the Minutes portion of the TM1050-2 BANKING RELATIONSHIP MEETING AGENDA/MINUTES. The CFO should annually review the Banking Relationship Meeting Minutes Template, and make necessary improvements.
