Stock Issuances Journal Template
The CFO is responsible for updating the Stock Issuances Journal Template and reconciling totals to the company financial statements on a monthly basis. The Chief Financial Officer will process all stock sales from private placements. The CFO will verify receipt of funds and proper completion of subscription agreements from investors.
An investor file will be prepared and maintained for each shareholder with copies of all documents related to the sale. The CFO will then oversee the preparation, signing and issuance of stock certificates to each shareholder within ten (10) business days of receipt of investment. RC1080-1 STOCK ISSUANCES JOURNAL should keep track of date of investment, name of shareholder, price paid per share, and other information.
