The Hiring Manager should arrange an Offer Letter Template for the selected candidate to notify the candidate and to arrange a start date. HRG101-2 OFFER LETTER should cover paycheck, insurance, benefits, and vacation information. Keep in mind hiring should be performed in an effective manner and method with the objective to ultimately fill the position with the best available candidate.
The interviewing team should be responsible for reviewing the results of all tests and investigations in order to select the best candidate for hire, which must be approved by the President. Upon acceptance of the offer, the Human Resources Manager should be responsible for notifying all other candidates that were interviewed that the Company has filled the position.
