Our Guarantee

Bizmanualz "hard copy" products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied that the product is practical, reliable, and authoritative and that it's an essential resource for increasing the effectiveness of your organization, then return it to us within 30 days, postage paid, along with a copy of your invoice. You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges.

Our 30-day return policy is offered to all customers, and we are happy to offer it.  All that we ask is that you return the product within 30 days of receipt with the CD-ROM unopened or that you notify us of cancellation 30 days before your training course. However, beyond 30 days, and/or if your product's CD-ROM has been opened (a warning label is provided on the CD-ROM sleeve), we cannot accept the return. Once the CD-ROM is removed from its sleeve, you have full access to the entire product and we have no method for controlling its content.

Bizmanualz soft copy (electronic downloadable) products are returnable for credit within 48 hours of purchase if you are not fully satisfied.

For a return or replacement of your product please contact our customer service department at 1-800-466-9953 or send an e-mail to for a Return Authorization number (RA).   Please return the product in original condition, shipping prepaid -- with the CD-ROM unopened -- and include all packaging, documentation and, if applicable, its blank warranty card, and you are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

How To Receive An RA Number

Please provide the following information to sales@bizmanualz.com.

  1. Order confirmation number, or customer PO number from the packing slip.
  2. The name of the product for return.
  3. Customer name.
  4. Reason for return (defective, DOA, etc.)
  5. Note: refund or a replacement?
  6. Customer e-mail address.

Bizmanualz Return Instructions:

  1. Any defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  2. Remember to include your packing slip or invoice from the original order so we know who the return is from.
  3. Return the product with shipping prepaid.  Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
  4. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, with the CD-ROM unopened and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
  5. The RA is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. The RA number must appear on your return packing label on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RA.
  6. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please e-mail return tracking numbers to .
  7. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit.
  8. Training course attendees canceling with 30 days or more notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15-29 days of the class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 1-14 days will forfeit the training fee. Substitutions may be made before the start of training. Attendees that fail to show for class are not eligible for refunds or substitutions.
  9. Training schedules are subject to change without notice. In the event of cancellation, Bizmanualz will contact you to either reschedule your class or offer you a refund.

Please contact customer service before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying Return Authorization (RA) number and a copy of the original invoice.

Bizmanualz is happy to ship your product to you by the best method available. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the produt you purchase. Weight of individual manuals range from 4 to 8 pounds. The nine-manual "CEO Company Policies-Procedures Manuals" set weighs 48 pounds, while the five-manual set of "CFO Accounting Policies-Procedures Manuals" weighs about 29 pounds.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed by 3:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:30, or on weekends and Bizmanualz holidays, will ship the next business day.

Domestic Ground

Domestic ground orders (in the lower 48 states) are shipped via UPS ground. You may determine the estimated transit time for your order by visiting UPS’ transit time estimator.

Domestic Air

Shipments via Priority Next Day (UPS Next Day Air) will arrive the next business day by 10:30 a.m. Next Day (UPS Next Day Air Saver) shipments will be delivered by 3:00 p.m. the next business day. Orders via Second Day (UPS 2nd Day Air) will be delivered by the end of day on the second business day.

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver; you may contact us for current estimated shipping charges. NOTE: Exact shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the shipment and are shown during order checkout, before you submit your order. Weight of individual manuals ranges from 4 to 8 pounds. International orders may require local duties, taxes, or VAT payable upon receipt from UPS. For details and other information, consult your local taxing authority. International transit times range from 2 to 5 business days.

Canadian orders ship via UPS Ground; contact us for the most up-to-date information on shipping charges. As noted above, exact shipping charges are shown during online checkout, before you submit your order.

Note: We cannot deliver overnight shipments to P.O. boxes. Some shipments may be subject to stock availability. You will automatically be charged a $25.00 handling fee for any shipment you refuse.

Order Tracking

A tracking number for your order will be e-mailed to you after your order ships. You can use this tracking number at the carrier’s website (UPS, DHL or FedEx) to view the status of your order in transit.

Payment Options

Your payment choices include credit card, bank wire transfer, PayPal, or business check by mail. Company purchase orders greater than $100 are accepted upon prior approval by Bizmanualz. For more information, contact Bizmanualz by phone, fax or email.

Major Credit Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Bizmanualz. Please provide the billing address and telephone number where you receive your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, and Personal Checks, too!

Bizmanualz accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank only. Orders are processed upon receipt of your money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow 7-10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Send your check along with a copy of the web order form to:

Wire Transfer Instructions

Please contact us for instructions and bank wire information.

To avoid any delay in your order shipment, please include your Order ID in the wire transfer message and notify us when the wire has been sent. Let us know via email, phone, or fax the country of origin, exact amount wired, and the Bizmanualz product you desire. We will ship your order upon receipt of the wire; allow 7-10 days for shipping to international destinations.

Send money to anyone with an email address to many countries in the growing PayPal network. PayPal is free to use and your information is kept secure. Your Product will be shipped upon completion of the transaction, just like using a credit card.

Missouri Sales Tax

Bizmanualz is located in Missouri and is, therefore, obligated to withhold 7.325% sales tax for deliveries within the state.

No information is provided to outside parties for any purpose.

Credit card information collected on the Internet is not stored on any of our computers. We use Authorize.net as our Internet merchant provider and as such we are not provided with your credit card number at the time of the sale.
