Stephen Flick, MBA, MIM, CQA, CMQOE
Steve has had primary responsibility for developing our Computer and Network, ISO 22000 Food Safety (English and Spanish versions), AS9100 Aerospace, Sales and Marketing, and Finance manuals, as well as the update of our ISO 9001 manual. He has extensive experience in information systems analysis, program design and development, data analysis, and documentation, working mainly in large scale computing environments for Fortune 500 companies like SBC (now ATandT). He also played a pivotal role in developing the Bizmanualz quality management system (QMS), helping the company gain certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Steve has an MBA in marketing from Webster University, a Master’s degree in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.A. degree from St. Louis University. He is an American Society of Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor and Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CQA, CMQ/OE). Steve has successfully completed ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor, Well-Defined Processes, and Six Sigma Green Belt training.
Steve has been a member of South County Toastmasters (club #1957) since December, 2004, and expects to achieve the rank of Advanced Communicator-Silver (ACS) shortly.
