James Skelton has been consulting and writing policies and procedures for over twenty-five years. He has personally co-authored manuals on topics from administration, operations,and training, to employee handbooks, personnel, policy and procedures, and accounting.
He has attended professional courses in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Certification (PHR), Project Management, Defense Resource Management, and National Security Planning for U.S. Global Strategic Policy. He has a background in human resource management and consulting, and has extensive background in administration, management, and technical writing. Mr. Skelton is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management and is currently an active member of the Society.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Organizational Development from the University of West Florida and graduate level education in Systems Engineering and Aerospace Safety from the University of Southern California and Arizona State University respectively. He additionally has received professional education at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and the University of Denver.
