History
A new company was being formed in 1990 to manufacture and distribute medical devices. The founder, being a former CPA, decided that every employee needed a job description, clearly defined policies and procedures, forms, and standard agreements to be more effective, so he sat down and wrote out his expectation for each job. When he was done, he thought other businesses must need the same thing, so he formed a publishing division to sell his new policies and procedures to others.
Just as in Michael Gerber's book, the E-Myth, he created a system of policies and procedures to simplify everyday business and to create a foundation for management effectiveness. Still, more could be done.
In 1999, a new company -- Bizmanualz -- came into being and purchased the publishing division. Bizmanualz added more content, policies and procedures, training, and services to the original product lineup. Over the years, the content has been updated, expanded, and improved by many contributors to include the material that is sold today.
Bizmanualz has grown to provide a full service solution, integrating the ISO quality concepts of the process approach, PDCA, and customer satisfaction; theories of profound knowledge, quality, and continuous improvement from Deming; the theory of constraints and throughput from Goldratt; along with the methodologies of Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard and Performance Excellence, to name a few.

Bizmanualz delivers an acclaimed knowledge system of manuals, training and support services to small- and mid-sized firms seeking more effective management compliance and controls over their key business functions and processes.
Bizmanualz is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), one of the world's leading authorities on quality, focused on advancing learning, quality improvement, and knowledge exchange to improve business results.
Headquartered in the St. Louis suburb of Clayton, Missouri, Bizmanualz is a privately-owned firm led by Chris Anderson and a team of talented associates with many years of experience in the core business disciplines.
