The Travel Coordinator makes arrangements for the organization’s employees and guests traveling on company business.

TRAVEL COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAVEL COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or GED certificate is required; an associate’s degree in an appropriate field of study (e.g., hospitality, travel) is preferred. 3+ years of experience in corporate travel or a related field is also required.

Need someone who can work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong oral and written communication skills; must be a good listener. Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize. Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.

TRAVEL COORDINATOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS
