Bizmasterz, Inc. reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses due to an insufficient number of registered students, an unexpected change in the availability of an instructor, or other reasons.

Upon cancellation of the course by Bizmasterz, Inc., the student will be notified immediately via email or phone. At the student’s discretion, we can either reschedule you for a course at a later date or cancel your registration. If Bizmasterz, Inc. has already collected funds for the canceled course, you may choose to have these dollars refunded or applied to another course. Bizmasterz, Inc. liability is limited to the course fee only, and Bizmasterz, Inc. cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses.

Bizmasterz, Inc. will reschedule enrollment of a student at no cost to the student if the rescheduling request is received by Bizmasterz, Inc. at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. If the student cancels between 15-29 days prior to the start of course, Bizmasterz, Inc. reserves the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee. If the student cancels less than 15 days prior to the start of course, fails to attend the course and/or does not notify Bizmasterz, Inc. prior to the start of course, Bizmasterz, Inc. reserves the right to charge the student the entire course fee.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Our courses are highly interactive and intense learning experiences. The courses start at 8:30 a.m. and generally conclude by 4:30 p.m. Lunch is the responsibility of the student. There are a number of restaurants and fast food establishments close to the training venue. Comfortable business-casual clothing is recommended.

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original student prior to the start of the course. Please inform us as soon as possible of any change to the original registration.

Training instructors are provided by Bizmasterz, Inc., a management training, consulting and technology solutions provider specializing in the development, implementation and maintenance of well-defined processes and effective management systems. Instructors include: Chris Anderson. 

The cost of the Lead Auditor class includes the 3-day Internal Auditor class plus 1-day onsite where participants will lead an audit at their facility with an experienced ISO auditor that will porvide feedback on your performance.

• The cost of the 1-day onsite training is $1,500 for either one or two people at a locaton in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area.
• There is a maximum of 2 people that can be trained with any 1 onsite visit.
• The onsite visit can be scheduled at any mutually agreeable time.
• For onsite sessions outside of the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area, travel expenses will be billed separately.
