1. Application or Contract

The application also may be called a contract. It defines the rights and obligations of both parties including:

• The registrars access rights to facilities and information
• Confidentiality issues
• Rights to appeal or file a complaint
• Instruction on use of registration certificates
• Conditions for terminating the application
