The Principal Consultant will require current documentation for your company's profile, Current Scope and/or ISO Registration, your structure/org. chart and employee data by function, a copy of your Quality Manual, and Contact details.
2. An introductory meeting with top management and the Principal Consultant outlining the methodology and deliverables. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
3. A Data gathering activity involving interviews, data analysis, and observation with a cross-section of your organization personnel. This is where the Principal Consultant gets a first hand look at your current QMS.
4. The Production and distribution of a detailed Gap Analysis Report identify the gaps in and maturity of your Quality Management System and/or technical skills and knowledge accompanied by a detailed MS Project Plan outlining the phases, activities and tasks your company must take in order to achieve ISO 9001:2000 registration.
5. And finally, a presentation and discussion of the Gap Analysis Report findings and recommendations including agreement and finalization of the MS Project Plan.
