The Principal Consultant will require current documentation for your company's profile, Current Scope and/or ISO Registration, your structure/org. chart and employee data by function, a copy of your Quality Manual, and Contact details.
- An introductory meeting with top management and the Principal Consultant outlining the methodology and deliverables. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
- A Data gathering activity involving interviews, data analysis, and observation with a cross-section of your organization personnel. This is where the Principal Consultant gets a first hand look at your current QMS.
- The Production and distribution of a detailed Gap Analysis Report identify the gaps in and maturity of your Quality Management System and/or technical skills and knowledge accompanied by a detailed MS Project Plan outlining the phases, activities and tasks your company must take in order to achieve ISO 9001:2000 registration.
- And finally, a presentation and discussion of the Gap Analysis Report findings and recommendations including agreement and finalization of the MS Project Plan.
