Hard-bound books in the ready-to-use procedure series provide concrete examples of prewritten policies and procedures for a wide variety of business and organizations.

St. Louis, MO — November 24, 2008 — Bizmanualz, Inc., a business publications, training and consulting company based in St. Louis, MO, today announced the release of a new series of hard-back books covering topics like Finance, Accounting, Computer & IT, Sales & Marketing and HR. Published under the series title The Professional’s Ready to Use Procedure Series, these books provide practical guidance and concrete examples of effective policies and procedures for a wide range of business areas.

“These books are excellent references for professionals involved in developing policies, procedures and forms for their department or company,” said Christopher Anderson, Managing Director of Bizmanualz, Inc. “Prewritten policies, procedures and forms in these books not only include concrete examples of what a well-written procedure should be, but also provide an excellent starting point to begin the procedure writing process.”

Contents of the newly released books are identical to the policies and procedures manuals that Bizmanualz offers in three-ring binder format. However, unlike the ring-bound manuals, books in the Ready to Use Procedures Series do not include CDs with editable content in MS Word.

“We have repackaged our content in an entirely different format to give customers a more reference-oriented version,” said Don Reed, Director of Technical Writing at Bizmanualz. “By not including the editable content in CD, we can offer these books at a price point attractive to casual users. And, after buying the books, if anyone sees the value in obtaining the content in editable format, they can deduct the entire price of the book when purchasing a three-ring binder & CD version.”

The release of the Professional’s Ready to Use Procedure Series comes just three months after Bizmanualz launched a new website offering over two hundred downloadable policy and procedure templates. Chris Anderson is a firm believer in giving the customers what they want. “Different consumers consume information differently and we’re just trying to serve them by providing the right medium and format,” he said.

Books in the Ready to Use Procedures Series will be available from online retailers like Amazon for $99. Five books in the series are already available for purchase, while others will be available in the next few weeks. Currently available books cover polices and procedures for Accounting & Bookkeeping, Finance & Treasury, Computer & IT, Sales & Marketing, Business Security and Disaster Recovery. Books for HR, ISO 2200 Food Safety and General Business Procedures will be available by the end of the year.

The articles in September were intended to give you glimpses of developments at Bizmanualz. Our first article was about the newly redesigned Internal Auditor class. The next article talked about our new learning center and last week’s article covered the release of the Spanish ISO 22000 Procedures Manual.

Looking Forward to Your Next Audit?

The next time someone says, “I am here to audit you,” instead of reacting with fear and dread, think of it as what it really is: an opportunity to improve your department and your organization. The newly redesigned Internal Audit Training class covers key areas on which all Internal Audit team members should be trained, such as audit techniques, the importance of clear communication, appropriate auditor behavior, how to conduct audits that stay within scope and schedule, and audits that provide meaningful information for compliance and continual improvement.

Read more about the New Internal Audit Training Class…

Committed to Learning

While the locations we employed in the past to conduct training were certainly adequate, Chris Anderson, Bizmanualz Managing Director, felt that we needed to model a stronger commitment to business learning, and to make our training programs more enjoyable, convenient, comfortable, and, most importantly, conducive to learning.

Read more about the New Learning   Center;

ISO 22000 Procedures – Now in Spanish!

Another exciting thing happening at Bizmanualz this month is the release of the Spanish language version of the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual titled Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Manual para la Seguridad en los Alimentos Políticas, Procedimientos, y Formas. The original English version was released in January 2006. Completing the Spanish language version is the result of a nearly year long collaboration with college interns from Spanish speaking countries and working closely with translation consultants.

Read more about the Spanish ISO 22000 Procedures Manual;

So that’s what’s happening at Bizmanualz. If you have any questions about our new Learning Center and the business improvement training programs we offer on topics such as internal auditing, well-defined processes, statistical process control, aligning people & processes, and lean thinking, then call 800-466-9953 and ask for Jan. If you would like more information on the English or the new Spanish language edition of our ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual or any of our other Policies, Procedures and Forms manuals, then call or contact us online.

On That Note

Answer to this month’s question:

A lot can go into a successful internal audit program. First, appropriate resources like personnel, budget and time need to be committed. Equally important is clear communication. The objectives of the internal audit program needs to be communicated throughout organization. In essence, everyone needs to understand that auditing is always about improving the system, and never about catching someone doing something wrong.

Training is also extremely important – the internal audit teams should be trained on the audit process, as well as the standard and regulations to which the audits are being conducted. After all, the main goal is to find objective findings on specific requirements.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. Our policies, procedures and processes articles site has tons of useful information. Also, please let us know if you’d like any specific topic addressed in our future articles.

Regards,
Chris

St. Louis, MO – September 17, 2007. Bizmanualz, Inc. (www.bizmanualz.com), a business publishing, education, and consulting company located in Clayton, Missouri, today announced the release of a Spanish language version of its ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual. The original English version was released in January 2006. The Spanish version is titled Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Seguridad En Los Alimento Políticas, Procedimientos, and Formas.

The manual is designed to assist all participants along the food chain–Food Safety/Quality Managers, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) inspectors, Food Safety Enforcement Agency Personnel, Auditors, and Procurement personnel, as well as owners and managers of food production, supply, transportation, and import companies. The manual includes easily editable procedures to meet food safety, quality, and HACCP requirements. (http://politicasyprocedimientos.com/seguridad-de-los-alimentos/)

International product safety, especially food safety, is an increasing concern. The food industry worldwide is faced with a growing need to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards and contamination. While local, state, and national governments have implemented various regulations and laws, the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is becoming the accepted compliance standard for safe consumer food production worldwide.

Mr. Christopher Anderson, the Managing Director of Bizmanualz explains that, “The Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Manual provides a framework to demonstrate compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory food safety requirements. By complying with this standard, a company demonstrates that their system meets the requirements established by suppliers, customers, and other parties in the food chain, and it can assist in placing guards against contamination that may enter the food chain from multiple points.”

Mr. Anderson adds, “This manual allows any company to incorporate best practices and optimal standards in establishing formal FSMS policies and procedures, regardless of their size or location. This publication is the only one of its kind in the way it provides the guidance and the tools required to accurately and efficiently determine and meet the food safety requirements of the organization.”

“There are more than 20 specific policies addressed, including Food Safety Records, Supplier Evaluation, Training, Hazard Analysis, HACCP Plan Management, Internal Audit, and Prerequisite Programs,” adds Mr. Stephen Flick, Bizmanualz Product Manager and the editor of the manual. “You get all this content in a published manual, and it includes a CD containing all procedures and forms in an easily editable MS-Word format, allowing any company to customize the manual to create its own policies and corresponding procedures.”

The Spanish versions of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Procedures Manual comes with over 480 pages of practical documentation in proper ISO format. It includes prewritten food safety policies, food safety procedures, and accompanying forms. Plus, there is a detailed explanation of ISO 22000 including helpful information and guidance for producing your own Food Safety Management Manual.

Bizmanualz also offers policy and procedure manuals that cover many key business segments such as Accounting, Computer & IT, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Disaster Recovery, and Security Planning. All Bizmanualz Policies and Procedures manuals combine a printed manual with easily editable MS-Word documents on CD-ROM.

In the past few articles, we have shared some of the things going on at Bizmanualz to help you improve your business. For example, the Internal Auditor course has been redesigned and improved because internal auditing is an important, yet frequently overlooked, component for compliance and for process improvement. Bizmanualz is also expanding to include a new state of the art, multi-media Bizmanualz Learning Center. The final touches are being applied now, and the Learning Center will be inaugurated with the Lead Auditor course scheduled for October 1-4. The Learning Center will provide a more comfortable, inviting, and enriched learning experience for those who attend our sessions.

The other exciting thing happening at Bizmanualz this month is the release of the Spanish language version of the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual titled Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Manual para la Seguridad en los Alimentos Políticas, Procedimientos, y Formas. The original English version was released in January 2006.
Food Safety Concerns

We are all aware of concerns about product safety, and the concern is even greater with the safety of food and food-related products. We can expect to see increasing international, national, and state/local regulations in an attempt to ensure safe products are reaching the market place. To prevent cumbersome duplication and confusing contradictions caused by multiple layers of laws and regulations, ISO 22000 is increasingly becoming a food industry standard that regulators at all levels are looking to for guidance and to use as a foundation to create meaningful, streamlined regulations.

With the Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Manual para la Seguridad en los Alimentos Políticas, Procedimientos, y Formas, we can help more businesses along the food production chain, particularly those in Spanish speaking countries or with Spanish speaking employees, comply with ISO 22000 standards. By complying with this standard, a company demonstrates that their system meets the requirements established by suppliers, customers, and other parties in the food chain, and it can assist in placing guards against contamination that may enter the food chain from multiple points.

Easily Edited, Customizable Food Safety Procedures:
A Real Time Saver

As is the case with all Bizmanualz Policy, Procedure and Forms manuals, purchasers of the Bizmanualz ISO 22000 Manual para la Seguridad en los Alimentos Políticas, Procedimientos, y Formas get all the content in a convenient three-ring binder as well as on a CD in Microsoft Word format. So all the policies, procedures and forms can be easily edited and customized to fit any organization’s needs. Bizmanualz also offers an ISO 22000 Food Safety Lead Auditor Course to help those involved in the food industry learn and comply with ISO 22000.

Also, like all Bizmanualz policies, procedures and forms, the content has been professionally researched and written, and then reviewed by industry experts. Anyone wanting to develop and implement a policy and procedure manual for their food industry organization will be well on their way after purchasing the English or Spanish version of the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual. Using our manual as a starting point for food safety or any of the business segments covered by or policy, procedure and forms product line (Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Computer & Networking, and many more) means you can save 50% – 80% of the typical development time.

If you would like more information on the English or the new Spanish language edition of our ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Manual or any of our other Policies, Procedures and Forms manuals, then call and ask for Joy.

In our upcoming articles we will be covering setting vision and strategies for the new year, and we will be discussing a process approach to business finance, as in our forthcoming Finance Policies, Procedures and Forms Manual. If you have any suggestions for business improvement subjects you would like to see covered here, be sure to let us know. We would like to hear from you.

Sales & Marketing Policies and Procedures Manual Addresses Strategic Sales and Marketing Issues Through a Process Approach

St. Louis, MO– March 7, 2007. Bizmanualz, Inc., a business publications and consulting company based in Clayton, Missouri, today announced the release of a new Sales & Marketing Manual (www.bizmanualz.com/sales_and_marketing) for sales and marketing executives, customer service managers, customer relationship (customer experience) managers and sales and marketing departments of small and midsize businesses (SMB).

Pressure is on sales departments to produce more with less – to be lean – to use limited resources wisely and effectively. Marketing departments are required to monitor and measure their activities and show, in detail, how and where those activities will benefit the company. A more measured, disciplined, and coordinated approach is demanded.

“Sales and Marketing are two of the core processes of every business,” Chris Anderson, Managing Director of Bizmanualz, said. “If those operations are not in sync, a lot of what they do will be a wasted effort. Everyone thinks of manufacturing when ‘lean’ is mentioned, but lean concepts apply equally well to sales and marketing operations.”

Officially entitled the Bizmanualz Sales & Marketing Policies, Procedures, and Forms Manual, the new manual not only provides an operational and planning framework for the organization’s Sales and Marketing functions – it also allows those two key departments to coordinate better and leverage each other’s strengths.

“If your marketing plan isn’t designed to fulfill your sales objectives or if your sales force isn’t sharing its experience and insights with marketing, then you’re not getting the most value from your sales and marketing investment,” Mr. Anderson added. “If you’re not incorporating the voice of the customer in your operations, your company is at risk of falling behind and becoming irrelevant to the marketplace. Companies are demanding greater participation in their suppliers’ operations, and rightly so.”

Smart companies have been listening to their customers for years. Now, more customers are demanding an active role in shaping company products and how companies conduct their business.

Many small and medium sized companies do not have access to – or cannot afford – Chief Marketing Officers or Sales Directors who could lead the way by building on best practices, industry standards, and their own extensive experience to establish formal Sales and Marketing policies and processes. This publication provides the guidance and tools many SMBs need to identify and serve their target markets.

“The Sales and Marketing Policies and Procedures Manual applies a process approach to strategic and tactical sales and marketing management issues,” said Steve Flick, Product Director at Bizmanualz. “It can help companies bring order and discipline to these critical operations. They get a wealth of information that we brought together and put into a series of Microsoft Word files that they can easily tailor to their unique circumstances.”

The Sales and Marketing Policies and Procedures Manual comes with over 700 pages of practical documentation. It includes 32 pre-written procedures for Marketing Planning, Marketing Tactics, Sales, Sales & Marketing Administration and Product Management. Plus, it includes a Sales and Marketing Executive’s Manual and an Internet Marketing Guide.

Bizmanualz, Inc., also offers policies and procedures manuals (www.bizmanualz.com/products) for developing accounting controls, human resources management, computer and network management, ISO 9001 quality management systems, disaster preparedness, security planning and ISO 22000 food safety management systems. All Bizmanualz policies and procedures products consist of a set of printed documents, accompanied by a CD-ROM containing the same documents in easily editable MS-Word format.

Bizmanualz Sales & Marketing Policies, Procedures, and Forms: How to Drive Your Customer Satisfaction with Improved Strategies and Tactics (702 pages/trade binder/ISBN 1-931591-03-2 / $595.00) is a Knowledge Management title from Bizmanualz, Inc., and is available from the publisher by calling 800.466.9953 (1-314-863-5079 for international customers), by e-mailing sales @ bizmanualz.com, or by visiting the company web site, http://www.bizmanualz.com.

New Internal Auditor course will benefit individuals participating in an internal audit for the first time; employees of companies considering implementation of ISO Quality Management System; line operators participating on the audit team; and quality professionals who want a refresher course.

St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) May 2, 2007 — Bizmanualz, Inc., a management training and business publications company based in St. Louis, Missouri, today announced an introductory internal auditor training course for individuals working in an ISO 9001 environment. It is expected to enable attendees to understand the key principles of planning and performing audits; understand how audits fit into the overall quality management system; understand management’s role in the QMS and auditing process; and conduct and ethical and objective internal audit. More details are available at www.bizmanualz.com/internal_auditor.

The new internal auditor course takes the mystery out of the audit process and explains the terminology, process and benefits of an internal audit and the roles and responsibilities of all participants. Highlights of the course include audit definitions in simple terms, and discussions and exercises on how to plan, perform and report audits. “Once you understand what you are supposed to do, it is easy to do it. Our goal, really, is to answer the questions that internal auditors have before, during and after an audit,” commented course developer Steve Hyland, also the Quality Manager at Bizmanualz.

“Many of our clients asked us to present an introductory auditing class geared to those participating in an internal audit for the first time,” explained Christopher Anderson, Managing Director of Bizmanualz. “The only way an organization can improve its operations is to identify the strengths and weaknesses and then make the necessary changes. An internal audit provides the objectivity necessary to obtain that information and put companies on the road to excellence.”

The two-day course combines class room sessions, group exercises, case studies, situational simulations and role playing. And registrants receive a free copy of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard (a $70 value). More details about this and other Bizmanualz training classes are available at: www.bizmanualz.com/training.

Quality professionals as well as new internal auditors will find this fast-paced and interactive course valuable. This course is designed to meet the needs of individuals from all backgrounds, including manufacturing, service, consulting, accounting, human resources, information technology, and quality management. Course attendees are not required to have knowledge of auditing, quality management systems or ISO 9001:2000 prior to enrolling for this ISO Internal Auditor training class.

Besides training and consulting, Bizmanualz also offers policy procedure manuals for developing accounting controls, human resources management, sales and marketing tactics, computer and network management, ISO 9001 quality management systems, security and disaster planning, and ISO 22000 food safety management systems. All Bizmanualz policies and procedures manuals consist of a set of printed documents, accompanied by a CD-ROM containing the same documents in easily editable MS-Word format.

Bizmanualz ISO QMS Internal Auditor Training (2-day, in St. Louis, Missouri). To reserve a seat, call Bizmanualz 800-466-9953 (outside the U.S. call 314-863-5079); fax 314-863-6571; or online at www.bizmanualz.com.

Year-End Summary from Bizmanualz

As 2006 comes to a close, I’d like to share with you some of our accomplishments over the past year. Our main goals this year were to provide you a wider choice of procedures manuals, expand our service offerings, and make your web experience at www.bizmanualz.com much better.

More Procedures Manuals

2006 saw Bizmanualz come up with three new manuals. The first, the ISO 22000 Food Safety Policies, Procedures, and Forms manual, was introduced in February. It allows companies to formulate best practices and optimal standards to establish a formal food safety management system (FSMS) policy and corresponding procedures.

In June, we introduced the AS9100 Aerospace Procedures Manual, which addresses the important issues of quality, safety, and reliability with respect to air and space. In September, we released our first Spanish language manual – the Manual de Empleado, or Employee Handbook. This was in response to a huge influx of requests for a Spanish language version of our best-selling Employee Handbook.

Our best selling product for the year, once again, was the Accounting Procedures Manual, followed closely by the Computer and IT Procedures Manual and the CEO Management Procedures Series.

Service Offerings

On the services side, we worked with several companies in and around the St. Louis area on a range of projects. We helped a manufacturing company implement lean practices and worked with a data warehouse management company to attain ISO 9001 certification. We will continue our partnership with some of these companies into 2007 and work with several more on a variety of projects.

Our training classes continue to evolve in order to more effectively address your needs and training goals.

Enhanced Website Content/Navigation

On the web front, we continued to write and distribute informative articles designed to provide helpful information on effective policies, procedures and processes. And, when our previous articles page started to become too cluttered, we launched a Policies, Procedures, and Processes Blog to make it much easier for you to navigate through our rich collection of articles.

Some of the most popular articles this year, in terms of readership, were:

Understanding Corrective and Preventive Actions

How to Provide Good Training

How to Implement Lean Thinking

Value Stream Mapping

Process Relationships and Improvement Opportunities

Looking into 2007

In 2007, we will continue to provide you more procedures manual choices. We plan to release a Sales and Marketing Policies and Procedures Manual during the first quarter. It will be followed by more manuals for other important business functions.

Also prominent in our agenda will be our continuous efforts to make your visit to the Bizmanualz web site as easy and worthwhile as possible. That will mean simplified navigation, redesigned information flow, and more valuable, useful content.

Please note that the free worldwide shipping offer is only available until December 31, 2006.

Do you have any other ideas for new manual release, article topics or better web experience (at the Bizmanualz website)? If you do, we’d like to hear from you.

On that note, I’d like to wish you all a very happy and prosperous 2007. Thank you very much for your continued support. I look forward to hearing from you in the days and months ahead.

Best regards,

Chris

We come now to what started this “Road to Six Sigma” series in the first place, Dr. Shewhart’s simple control tool, the control chart. The control chart is really two time-based charts plotted on the same form. For simplicity’s sake, we will focus on control charts for variable individual readings because this chart is usually most useful in understanding and improving business processes.A control chart for individuals is used when a sample size of one is the only sample available. Examples are daily sales numbers, monthly earnings reports, daily site traffic, or other metrics for which a multiple sample size is not available. This is in contrast to a manufacturing process where one can randomly choose ten representative products from the production stream, measure them all, and average the results.

A chart produced from such data would be called an X-Bar and R chart. X-Bar is the average of the ten measurements within the sample and R is the range between the highest and lowest individual readings within the sample. The purpose of such a chart is to measure the variations within the sample of ten specimens and compare those variations to the variations between samples. If the within sample variations are consistent with the between sample variations, the process is in control and the variability is predictable.

In contrast, an individuals chart does not allow a sample size of more than one. How do we then calculate a “range”, R. An individuals chart uses the measured value of the variable at interval “t” as the X measurement, and the absolute value of the difference between Xt and Xt-1 the previous interval as the range R. Let’s see how we can calculate the data necessary to plot an individuals control chart. The following data is derived from actual weekly sales data for an on-line business.

For the previous 18 weeks, the weekly sales has varied from a high of 265,599 to a low of 80,148. The average weekly sales, or X-Bar, is 168,671. With this data we can calculate the moving ranges between readings. Remember that the range is the absolute value (always positive) of the difference between successive readings. This calculated moving range data looks like:

For the period of the analysis, the average range, R-Bar, has been 52,417. Clearly, this process is highly variable, but is it in control? In order to determine that, we must calculate some control limits. In this case, control limits are an approximation of the statistical observations of a normal distribution. Any data point more than three standard deviations, designated +/- 3 sigma from the process average is out of control, and the process is not predictable. The 3-sigma limits are approximated by:

UCL = X-Bar + 2.66 x R-Bar

and

LCL = X-Bar – 2.66 x R-Bar

With the data at hand, the upper control limit is 168,671 + 2.66 x 52,417 or 308,100

The lower control limit is 168,671 – 2.66 x 52,417 or 29,241.

When plotted on a chart this looks like the one on the right. We can immediately see that the process is in control based on the three sigma rule, but is that sufficient? Shewhart later modified his control scheme to account for other types of non-normal distribution such as time series trends, process shifts and other special causes of variability that did not violate the three sigma rule.

To conduct a more refined analysis we need to divide the area between the control limits into six control zones, limited by +/- 1-sigma, +/- 2-sigma, and +/- 3-sigma. Since we already have the +/- 3-sigma limits, we can obtain the +/- 1-sigma limits by dividing the difference between the process average and the control limits by three

X-Bar + 2.66 x R-Bar – X-Bar = 2.66x R-Bar/3 = 46,476

Adding the plus and minus 1 and 2-sigma lines to our chart looks like:

Shewhart’s modification added a set of control rules, violation of any of which would constitute an out of control condition. These rules are:

Rule 1 – any point outside the control limits (more than 3 sigma)

Rule 2 – two out of three successive points more than 2 sigma away from the process average on the same side

Rule 3 – four out of five successive points more than 1 sigma away from the process average on the same side

Rule 4 – eight successive points on the same side of the process average

Even with these more detailed guidelines, we can not find any rule violations in this process, thus the process is in control.

Control charts are a good way to determine if a test change to a process, say a promotional offer, has a statistically significant effect on the process. To show how this might work, look at the following data from the end of the period analyzed above.

Question of the month: Which international quality standard is applicable to organizations that operate within our food chain?

Another month is behind us. However, quality is a topic that is always in the forefront. Quality standards help you focus on your customers by aligning your operational processes to what the end user wants. And requirements for monitoring and measurements, inherent in most standards, allow you to make fact-based decisions while striving for continuous improvement.

Corrective and Preventive Actions

Simply put, Corrective Action is based on a nonconformance event that has happened in the past. Preventive Action is based on preventing a nonconformance event in the future. Both are similar procedurally, but with the focus as described. Together, Corrective and Preventive Actions—typically referred to as CAPA—are integral parts of a continuous improvement program.

Quality Standard for the Aerospace Industry

This article provides a short background on the quality standard for the aerospace industry, where original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers have historically dealt with a large number of often conflicting standards and regulations. The number and complexity of these standards, as well as the fact that they often conflicted with one another, made for high costs to produce aerospace goods and did little, if anything, to address the issues of quality, safety, and reliability.

ISO Quality Standards

More than 600,000 companies worldwide use ISO quality standards. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has released close to 16,000 standards ranging from electrical specifications to road signs and the weather. But there are a few standards that are far more commonly adopted than others. Among the common ones, ISO 9001 is more generic in nature applicable to a wide range of settings while other standards like ISO 2200 (food safety) address the requirements specific to particular industries.

While all quality standards revolve around customer satisfaction, differences in industry requirements mean that different standards are needed to guide the quality initiatives of different industries. Conformance to a quality standard, by itself, does not mean quality. It only means that your organization is ready to deliver quality. Now it is up to you to continually improve and actually deliver quality.

On That Note

Answer to this month’s question:

ISO 22000:2005 is designed to provide a framework of internationally harmonized requirements for the global food industry. It allows every type of organization in the supply chain – from primary producers to food processors, to storage and transportation companies, to retail and food service outlets, and even makers of equipment used in food processing – to implement a Food Safety Management System, or FSMS.

ISO 22000 incorporates the principles of HACCP and addresses the requirements of many key standards (such as the BRC, IFS, and EU have developed) in a single source document.
