Iwas trained some yeas back to be an implementer and would like to pursue it at a higher level so that i can audit and even implement the standards in organisations. I steered my department in 2003 to Iso accreditation and I have not seen any organisation now which has the same interest in the same. Anyone faking documents does not need an auditor but a new employer. ISO is one of the best improvement tools ever, and if a company tries to use it as improvement, it will work. A fake document is enough to satisfy the auditor that system is effectively implemented, while actually doing nothing. I conveyed this to many people earlier, like I am doing now to you. The reaction is not satisfactory and nobody wants to think in terms of eliminating this evil. Do you have anything to say in this?
