As you have indicated, procedures perfection is not the key issue, continual improvement of the processes is the one that permits organization goal achievement. We must have a starting point as we strive to improve process.</description>

		<description>This is very interesting because I had never thought that one way of managing risks in an organisation is by having clearly laid down policies and procedures. Thinking about it from that angle has been very revealing to me since I am one of those who likes to have clearly laid out policies and procedures and then expect people to work within the given frame.</description>
