		<description>I retired in 2000 from industry after 31 years. In 2004 I started working in the 
hospitality industry. After working in this business a short time and becoming a supervisor I am amazed at the lack of formal training for employees in all job areas. After working as a trainer before retiring and on six sigma improvment teams and ISO 9000/9001 I know training produces long term benefits, quality and cost savings. When I approch my supervisor and mangers on these subjects they show little intrest. I point out your web site as examples of available material and information with little responce. I will continue to read your blog and ask for a training budget. Thanks for the great information.</description>
