		<description>Great article. Change is natural and is the prerequisite for progress or success. It might be changing where you live, your job, how you do things, markets etc. Change comes from questioning situations; why it is that they are what they are and whether they could be better. The important thing for change is not to stop questioning. 
Things that don’t change become obsolete because the environment in which those things exist is always changing. Even kids are dying to change toys from the push car to the mountain bike!</description>
