Really ,it is a very good article,but i want to add that if we want to use process approach ,we use this approach with two different processes ( marketing process and sales process).

I don’t want to be funny but the information was very obvious and not very cutting edge in terms of the thinking? I was hoping for something that was more WOW and new/freshh or outthere. Quality seems good but it is after all very text book stuff? Or do you think I am off my tree?
