Year-End Summary from Bizmanualz

As 2006 comes to a close, I’d like to share with you some of our accomplishments over the past year. Our main goals this year were to provide you a wider choice of procedures manuals, expand our service offerings, and make your web experience at www.bizmanualz.com much better.

More Procedures Manuals

2006 saw Bizmanualz come up with three new manuals. The first, the ISO 22000 Food Safety Policies, Procedures, and Forms manual, was introduced in February. It allows companies to formulate best practices and optimal standards to establish a formal food safety management system (FSMS) policy and corresponding procedures.

In June, we introduced the AS9100 Aerospace Procedures Manual, which addresses the important issues of quality, safety, and reliability with respect to air and space. In September, we released our first Spanish language manual – the Manual de Empleado, or Employee Handbook.  This was in response to a huge influx of requests for a Spanish language version of our best-selling Employee Handbook.

Our best selling product for the year, once again, was the Accounting Procedures Manual, followed closely by the Computer and IT Procedures Manual and the CEO Management Procedures Series.

Service Offerings

On the services side, we worked with several companies in and around the St. Louis area on a range of projects. We helped a manufacturing company implement lean practices and worked with a data warehouse management company to attain ISO 9001 certification. We will continue our partnership with some of these companies into 2007 and work with several more on a variety of projects.

Our training classes continue to evolve in order to more effectively address your needs and training goals.

Enhanced Website Content/Navigation

On the web front, we continued to write and distribute informative articles designed to provide helpful information on effective policies, procedures and processes. And, when our previous articles page started to become too cluttered, we launched a Policies, Procedures, and Processes Blog to make it much easier for you to navigate through our rich collection of articles.

Some of the most popular articles this year, in terms of readership, were:

Looking into 2007

In 2007, we will continue to provide you more procedures manual choices. We plan to release a Sales and Marketing Policies and Procedures Manual during the first quarter. It will be followed by more manuals for other important business functions.

Also prominent in our agenda will be our continuous efforts to make your visit to the Bizmanualz web site as easy and worthwhile as possible. That will mean simplified navigation, redesigned information flow, and more valuable, useful content.

Please note that the free worldwide shipping offer is only available until December 31, 2006.

Do you have any other ideas for new manual release, article topics or better web experience (at the Bizmanualz website)? If you do, we’d like to hear from you.

On that note, I’d like to wish you all a very happy and prosperous 2007. Thank you very much for your continued support. I look forward to hearing from you in the days and months ahead.

Best regards,

Chris
