Thanks for helping us to set our objectives. Please send me the standard customer service guidelines as for a University. it would include customer complaint handling process, customer complaint tracking and performance measure, and customer satisfaction survey form. I am working at Adventist University of Lukanga as Chief accountant.

please accept my thanks for taking effforts to providing material for reading.material is useful to all.when i read this material i felt that i god must give me my young age. so that i could have achieved successs in my life.that is pin pointing in my heart at my retirement age when i failed to collect money in time now worried at this age 58.let me convey my thanks you as good samirritan thanks thanks thanks very much .i dont know who you are but expecting to continue contact and help to stand at this age o.k.

Carla, “continuous” refers to a single, uninterrupted, non-stop event. “Continual”, on the other hand, refers to a series of finite events. Continuous improvement has often been cited as one of the goals of a Quality Management System; however, in the real world, it is not possible to continuously improve anything or any process. Improvement comes about through observation, measurement, and analysis, all discrete, finite processes. That is why section 8.5.1 of ISO 9001 is entitled “Continual Improvement”.
