Steve Mundwiller
Steve Mundwiller has provided comprehensive consulting services, training and mentoring services, and systems development to manufacturing and service sectors, both public and private. Key engagements include; ISO 9000 and related systems development, transition and audit preparation, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Improvement, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) systems development and improvement meeting the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), leadership coaching and development, team development, mentoring and improvement, Statistical Process Control (SPC) training, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Benchmarking and general problem resolution.
Prior to joining Bizmanualz, Inc. Steve was the principal in SME Quality Resources a consultancy with emphasis in ISO projects. Earlier, Steve was Packaging Systems Quality Resource and Team Leader for the ISO 9000 activities at Reckitt and Colman – St. Peters, MO. Steve’s prior experience includes many years improving, developing, implementing, and auditing in the pharmaceutical, medical device industries. Steve has trained hundreds of individuals at dozens of organizations in Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9000 and related systems, Statistical Process Control, Supply Chain Improvements, and general Quality Assurance.
After graduating from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 1979, Steve's first position was with Mallinckrodt, Inc. He has held other technical and managerial positions at Sigma Chemical Company, Sherwood Medical Company, Watlow Electric and Reckitt and Colman.
Steve is a board member of the St. Louis Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is a Missouri Quality Award Examiner. He holds ASQ certifications as a Quality Systems Manager (CQMgr.), Quality Systems Auditor (CQA) and Quality Process Analyst (CQPA).
