Thank you for ordering from Bizmanualz. This page contains information to help you access and download your purchase.
Starting the Download Process
All downloads are available from your Bizmanualz account. To log into your account, please click here

Visit the login page at http://store.bizmanualz.com/myaccount.asp
Use your email address and password to log into your account. It is the same email address and password that you used when you placed your order. If you do not remember your password, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link to retrieve it.

Once inside your account, click on the "Review order / track packages" link.

When you see your order, click on the "View or change order" button.

Along with your order details, you will also see a link to download your pruchased files. Click on that link.

You will see all the products you purchased. Click on the one you want to download.
When prompted to run or save the file, click save. Then follow the prompts to select where you want to save the file in your computer.
Step 6 - Open and "unzip" the File
When the download is complete, go to the location on your computer where you saved your file. Then double click on the file.
Most of the products are delivered as ZIP files that your computer should open automatically. Simply copy the files and folders inside the ZIP Archive to the preferred location in your computer. You are now ready to edit the contents in Microsoft Word.
If you ordered one of the e-books or guides, the downloaded file will be in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDF files.
Note to Mac users
If you downloaded a ZIP file, you will need an uncompression utility like Stuffit Expander to "unzip" it before you can edit the templates in Microsoft Word. To open/read PDF files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Congratulations, you are now ready to use the policies and procedures templates that you purchased from Bizmanualz.
File Types
All editable policies and procedure downloads are delivered as compressed ZIP Archives. The end result, after unzipping, will be easily editable Microsoft Word files.
Some e-books and guides are delivered in PDF format. To open a PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you don't already have this program, you may download it free from the link below.
